Service Description

Let the gym come to you with tailored training in the comfort of your own home or garden! Please note: - You will be screened prior to participation in your first training session. This includes both lifestyle and health screening to ensure training is conducted in the safest manner possible for you. The screening process is carried out via a questionnaire. - Equipment will be provided by me for all sessions. - Please ensure you wear appropriate clothing for all sessions. - Please ensure adequate space for all sessions.
