Service Description

Split the cost of your outdoor training sessions with your friends! Please note: - Each participant will be screened prior to their participation in the first training session. This includes both lifestyle and health screening to ensure training is conducted in the safest manner possible for you. The screening process is carried out via a questionnaire. - Equipment will be provided by me for all sessions. - Please ensure all participants wear appropriate clothing and bring adequate hydration for all sessions.
