Service Description

Gather your friends for some group training at the gym and split the cost! Please note: - Each participant will be screened prior to their participation in the first training session. This includes both lifestyle and health screening to ensure training is conducted in the safest manner possible for you. The screening process is carried out via a questionnaire. - Please ensure all participants wear appropriate clothing and bring adequate hydration for all sessions.
