Service Description

Assesses: - CV fitness / Identifies which heart rate zones you should be training in to achieve different results (aerobic improvement, anaerobic improvement or fat loss). Assessed via a run, jog or walk test (whichever is more appropriate). - Strength / Aids in understanding which weight, repetition and tempo ranges you should be training in to achieve different results (endurance, strength, muscle building or power). Assesses both upper and lower body strength via either bodyweight assessments or a 1/5/10 rep max. assessment (whichever is more appropriate). - Body fat composition / Gives a good idea of your current body fat percentage and what changes should be made to your training and diet (if any!). Assessed via both tape and fat caliper measurement. - Flexibility / Helps to understand your general flexibility and what areas of your body should be worked on to address any imbalances and prevent injuries. Assesses both upper and lower body flexibility. - Nutrition and diet* / Analyses the key ingredient in achieving your fitness goals: your diet. Assessed by analysing a 7-day food diary recorded by you. *Please be aware this assessment provides an estimated breakdown of your current energy expenditure, along with recommendations for how to improve your macronutrient intake to achieve your desired fitness goals.
