Service Description

Assesses: - CV fitness / Identifies which heart rate zones you should be training in to achieve different results (aerobic improvement, anaerobic improvement or fat loss). Assessed via a run, jog or walk test (whichever is more appropriate). - Strength / Aids in understanding which weight, repetition and tempo ranges you should be training in to achieve different results (endurance, strength, muscle building or power). Assesses both upper and lower body strength via either bodyweight assessments or a 1/5/10 rep max. assessment (whichever is more appropriate). - Flexibility / Helps to understand your general flexibility and what areas of your body should be worked on to address any imbalances and prevent injuries. Assesses both upper and lower body flexibility.
